INEC Begins Ad-hoc Staff Recruitment Today

 

Introduction to INEC Post Update

As stated in our previous post titled - INEC Launches Portal for Ad-hocStaff Recruitment, all of our valued readers will be kept up to date as soon as the real registration begins.

 

It is a great pleasure to inform the general public that INEC's recruitment exercise of election staff who will work with the Commission for the 2023 general elections will fully commence today, September 14th, 2022 by exactly 8:00am.

 

As notified by INEC via its official Facebook page last week Wednesday, September 7th, 2022, the launched portal is now open for all interested and eligible applicants for registration of all categories of ad-hoc staff – SPOs (Supervisory Presiding Officers), POs (Presiding Officers), APOs (Assistant Presiding Officers), RATECHs (Registration Area Technicians) and RAC (Registration Area Centre) managers, excluding the Collation Officers.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Ad-hoc Staff Online INEC Recruitment

The required eligibility criteria, source institutions or MDAs, and qualification for the 2023 INEC recruitment exercise are stated below:

 

In addition to the information above, the intending applicants must:

> Not be a member of a political party;

> Have not demonstrated or expressed support for any candidate or political party;

> Reside in the State selected during the registration process.

 

INEC Registration Portal

All interested applicants should visit pres.inecnigeria.org via their individual Android phone by downloading the INEC mobile app on their phone or use a laptop or personal computer to register for the INEC ad-hoc staff recruitment.

 

INEC Registration Deadline

The INEC registration portal will be made available for all interested and eligible applicants from today to Wednesday, December 14, 2022 by 8:00pm (closing date and time).

Cogent Hints on the 2022/2023 INEC Recruitment Exercise

The registration for the 2022/2023 INEC ad-hoc staff recruitment exercise begins today (Wednesday, September 14, 2022), and will close on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 by 8:00pm.

 

All registration or application processes for the INEC recruitment exercise are ONLINE and totally FREE for all categories of applicants.

 

Do NOT pay anyone to collect application forms or bribe anyone in order for your name to appear among the successful applicants. It’s a lie. Don’t be deceived.

 

Carefully fill in all the required fields without making any mistakes, or it is advisable to review or recheck the information provided from the beginning to the end before submitting, in order to avoid any unnecessary issues.

 

Don’t be discouraged if you can’t login or register today or on subsequent days. It may be as a result of the website traffic due to the large number of applicants at the moment. You can try it at midnight when the traffic loads have reduced.

 

Finally, don’t register or submit twice. Double submission usually leads to disqualification for any online registration.
